The Lake Preston School had their NWEA testing rewards day today! Elementary students had a rotation of activities including inflatables, bingo, and treats, while the middle school and high school students enjoyed a variety of different movies to choose from! Keep working hard kids!!
Couple more 5th Grade Band
Last week the 5th Grade participated in the local band contest. Thank you to Joel Warne and Daryl Ling for taking their time to judge and give the kids pointers.
Mrs. McCloud and the 5th Grade were presented with a check last week from the Kingsbury County Conservation District for participating in the Arbor Day Contest the past 7 years. Elliott Cottier was recognized for being our local Arbor Day Poster Winner and Nikolai Welton was recognized for being our local Arbor Day Essay Winner. Great Job!

Family Fun Night was last week. Fun was had by all. A big Thank you to Flegel Flowers, Maynards of Lake Preston, First National Bank of Lake Preston, New Horizon Lounge, and Prairie Ag Partners for donating funds for the prizes to help make the night extra successful!! We had over 70+ people attend!

Mr. Felderman has announced that the Lake Preston School will have a 10:00 AM start tomorrow, March 5th, due to the wind and road conditions. There will be no breakfast served. Please give yourself extra time if you are commuting. Be safe!
