Great work to all students who participated and helped make Quarter 3 a success!
Quarter 4 will feature an exciting Students vs. Staff competition—stay tuned!

There will be a 10:00 am start tomorrow, March 16th, to allow time to clean out from the weekend weather. The Howard CDE has been postponed to Wednesday, and the SDSU Honor Band has been cancelled. Preschool will also start at 10:00 and there will be no breakfast served. Please plan accordingly, Superintendent Felderman

Congratulations to the February MS/HS Students of the Month!

Good luck today and tomorrow Knights!

To celebrate our love of reading (and maybe hop like a pop into some fun), we’ll be having special dress-up days all week long. So get ready to fox in socks, wear your wackiest Whoville style, and make the week a read-tastic adventure!

Our next Pop Tab Collection is March 11!
- High School vs. High School
- Middle School vs. Middle School
- Elementary vs. Elementary
Start saving those tabs and help your school SHARK the competition!
Who will collect the most???

Tonight we recognized our Senior Lady Sharks for National Girls & Women in Sports Day!

We hear there’s a trend going on… 👀
In honor of Superintendent Felderman—who is currently advocating for our school and for public education out in Pierre—we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. Thank you for being a steady, student-centered leader; for standing up for what’s best for kids, staff, and communities; and for representing Lake Preston with integrity and pride. Your commitment to public education, your care for families, and your willingness to do the hard work behind the scenes does not go unnoticed.
We are grateful for your leadership and support—at home and at the Capitol.👏

CONGRATULATIONS to our Elementary students of the Month: Lyndi, Jacob, Jesse, and Luella!
CONGRATULATIONS to our January Captains of the Coatroom: Kolt, Mason, Jerney, Joey, Jett, Ayden, and Eli - not pictured is Maci.
Keep up the great work kids!
